Frequently asked questions
How many dogs do you take, and what sizes? +
Up to 12 at a time, depending on their size and temperament. We welcome small to medium dogs, plus some bigger breeds like Groodles and Greyhounds. Just check with us if you're unsure.
Where do the dogs sleep? +
Indoors, in their own cosy and secure room. Bring your dog's own bed or blanket, or they can use ours. Air conditioning goes on whenever it's needed.
My dog has never boarded before. Can we visit first? +
Absolutely. Book a free 15-minute Meet & Greet so your dog can settle in and we can make sure everyone's a good fit before any booking.
Is dog washing included? +
Washing is an add-on for small to medium dogs, alongside day care or boarding. Just ask and we'll sort it.
Can you give medication if needed? +
Yes. Desi has plenty of experience with daily medication (our own Nike needs his) and will follow your instructions carefully.
How do I book, and what area do you cover? +
