How many dogs do you care for at a time, and what sizes do you accept?

Accepted Answer

I usually care for up to 12 dogs at a time. However, this number may vary depending on the size, temperament, and specific needs of the dogs staying with us. My priority is to maintain a safe and calm environment for everyone.
I am now only accepting small to medium dogs, including some bigger breeds such as Groodles and Greyhounds (please contact me if you are not sure about your dog).

Where do the dogs sleep during their stay?

They sleep indoors in their own cozy and secure bedroom. You’re welcome to bring your dog’s own bed or blanket, or they can use our spare beds and soft blankets. For extra comfort, they have access to the toilet and the air conditioner is turned on whenever it is needed.

Do you take the dogs for walks?

To be completely honest, in most cases, no. Whether I take them for a walk depends on the number, energy level, and behaviour of the dogs I’m caring for.

How do you handle conflicts between dogs?

Accepted Answer

Thankfully, I’ve only experienced one incident of conflict, and the dog involved was not accepted again by our Chief Happiness Officer, Maggie 🐶. I only accept social, dog-friendly pups to maintain the positive and peaceful vibe we value so much here.

How do you manage feeding time to avoid any issues?

Accepted Answer

All dogs are fed at the same time: breakfast around 8 AM and dinner around 7 PM. 
Even if your dog is used to eating only once a day, their daily portion will be divided into two meals to avoid stress while others are eating.
I feed each dog in a separate space using dog gates, bathrooms, or bedrooms, whatever is needed to keep things calm and conflict-free.

Do you offer pick-up and drop-off services?

Yes, I do. Availability and pricing depend on your location, so please contact me directly to check if I can assist with transport for your area.

Question 7

What should I bring when dropping off my dog?

Accepted Answer

For boarding stays, please bring:
 • Enough food for the entire stay
 • Their bed
 • Any comfort items like toys or blankets
 • Their food bowl (I provide a shared water bowl for all dogs).
For day care, only their food is required for the day.

Do you offer grooming services?

Accepted Answer

Not at the moment. Grooming services are not available.

Question 9

Is dog washing included in your rates?

Accepted Answer

No. However, a dog wash service is available for small to medium dogs for an additional fee. 
This service is only offered as an add-on to day care or boarding. Please contact us for more details.

Question 10

What happens in case of a veterinary emergency during my dog’s stay?

Accepted Answer

Your dog’s health and safety are my top priority. If a medical emergency occurs, I will take your dog to the nearest available vet immediately. All vet expenses will be the responsibility of the owner.

Question 11

Will the dogs ever be left alone?

Accepted Answer

Yes, but only for short periods. 
 • For boarding guests, I may step out for personal reasons, but never for more than 4 hours. 
 • During day care, dogs are never left alone, as my schedule is planned around times when my husband Gabriel is home with them.

Can I schedule a meet & greet before booking?

Accepted Answer

Yes, I'm happy to offer a meet & greet before confirming a booking. 
These sessions are limited to 15 minutes and are available only for owners who are seriously considering moving forward. 
Please note that meet and greets are not available for curiosity visits.

Question 13

Do you administer medication if needed?

Accepted Answer

Yes, I have experience with administering medications. My own dog, Nike, requires daily medication, and I also care for other dogs with ongoing medical needs. I'm confident in following your instructions carefully.

Question 14

What happens if my dog has trouble settling in?

Accepted Answer

This doesn’t happen often, but some dogs, especially calmer or more introverted ones, may take longer to feel at ease, particularly in a group setting. In such cases, I ensure their comfort by giving them their own space, either in a gated area or in a separate room, and I supervise them closely until they feel more settled.
