Welcome to The Woofy Inn. By booking any of our services (Dog Day Care or Dog Boarding), you agree to the following terms and conditions.
General Requirements

All dogs must be dog-friendly and well-socialised.

All dogs must be toilet-trained.

You must inform us of any allergies, medical conditions, or behavioural issues your dog has before the stay begins.

Owners are financially responsible for any property damage caused by their dog.

Daily updates (photos or videos) will be shared with owners via WhatsApp.

Please note: My phone and WhatsApp are also used for personal matters. I may be online but not available to respond outside of business hours.
Dog Day Care

Only dogs who are friendly and social with other dogs will be accepted.

Day care operates Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

Payment is due on the day of service, either via website during booking or via bank transfer at the end of the day.

Any damage to property caused by your dog will be at the owner’s expense.

In case of emergency requiring veterinary attention, the dog will be taken to a local vet, and all vet costs will be passed on to the owner.
Dog Boarding

Boarding rate covers from drop-off time until 2:00 PM the next day.

Late pick-up (after 2:00 PM on the final day) will incur a $20 fee.

A 50% deposit is required at least 15 days before the start of the booking to confirm the reservation.

The remaining 50% is due upon collection of the dog, at the end of the stay.

Owners are responsible for any property damage caused by their dog.

In the case of a veterinary emergency, all vet costs will be the owner’s responsibility.

Owners must provide their dog’s own food, treats, bed, toys, and any comfort items. While toys may be shared, this is done at your own risk.

It is the owner’s responsibility to inform us about any allergies, medical issues, or medications their dog may require.
Additional Terms
Vaccination and Health

All dogs must be up-to-date on vaccinations, flea/tick, and worming treatments.

Dogs showing signs of contagious illness (e.g., kennel cough, vomiting, diarrhoea) will not be accepted and may be refused at drop-off.
Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations made more than 7 days before the booking start date will receive a full refund of the deposit.

Cancellations made within 7 days of the booking will forfeit the deposit unless the spot is filled by another booking.

No refunds are given for early returns or last-minute changes once the stay has begun.
Aggression and Behaviour

If a dog displays aggressive behaviour or causes risk to others (dogs or humans), we reserve the right to request immediate collection.

No refund will be issued if a dog is removed from the premises for behavioural reasons.
