They sleep indoors in their own cozy and secure bedroom. You’re welcome to bring your dog’s own bed or blanket, or they can use our spare beds and soft blankets. For extra comfort, we keep a toilet pad available overnight and close off the balcony to create a peaceful sleeping space.

To be completely honest, in most cases, no. Whether I take them for a walk depends on the number, energy level, and behaviour of the dogs I’m caring for. Instead, I usually take them to the garden area of the building, where they can safely run, sniff, and play freely.

Thankfully, I’ve only experienced one incident of conflict, and the dog involved was not accepted again by our Chief Happiness Officer, Maggie 🐶. I only accept social, dog-friendly pups to maintain the positive and peaceful vibe we value so much here.

All dogs are fed at the same time: breakfast around 8 AM and dinner around 7 PM.

Even if your dog is used to eating only once a day, their daily portion will be divided into two meals to avoid stress while others are eating.
